You agree that any content you post that is found to be defamatory, illegal, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, misleading or otherwise objectionable, in our sole discretion, shall result in the ad, listing and/or member account associated with the objectionable material being deleted and/or terminated without notice or entitlement to refund, repayment or remuneration of any kind.
11. Home Rental Store, LLC is continually working to ensure and preserve the consistency and aesthetic appeal of the site. Consequently, Home Rental Store, LLC reserves the right to amend, modify and/or delete any content on any ad found, in Home Rental Store, LLC's sole discretion, not in keeping with this goal. You agree that Home Rental Store, LLC shall not be responsible in any way and you shall not seek to hold Home Rental Store, LLC liable for direct or indirect damages resulting out of the exercise of this right.
UPLOADING PHOTOS 12. Photos can dramatically increase the response rate to your home rental ad. Adding photos to your ad is optional for Photo ads. However, all Featured Rentals ad must contain at least one photo of the exterior front view of the property. Any ad placed in the Featured Rentals section without an appropriate photo may be removed, at our sole discretion, from the Featured Rentals section without entitlement to any whole or partial refund. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY OR OTHER WEBSITES 13. This site may contain links to websites owned and/or operated by parties other than Home Rental Store, LLC. Such links are provided for your reference only. Home Rental Store, LLC does not control those outside Sites and is not responsible for their content. Home Rental Store, LLC’s inclusion of those links to outside websites does not imply any specific endorsement of the content on those sites.
14. Member rental property ads must not contain references or links to sites other than HomeRentalStore.com. Ads containing references or links to sites other than HomeRentalStore.com are subject to being modified or deleted at the sole discretion of HomeRentalStore.com. Additionally, repeated violations of this provision subjects the account under which the ad is posted to immediate and permanent revocation of ad posting privileges without entitlement to reimbursement for any remaining period of time on the ad. REFUND POLICY 15. 100% Money Back Guarantee. If within 14 days of posting your rental property ad you are not completely satisfied with your ad, you may request a refund of up to 100% of the price you paid for that ad. To qualify for this refund you must meet 3 conditions: 1) you must have posted at least three (3) photos with your ad, 2) you must not have had any previous refunds posted to any of your accounts and 3) your request must be emailed and received by us no later than the 14th day following the posting of your ad. Once you have met all three conditions are you eligible for a refund. At that time, your ad will be reviewed to ensure compliance with these terms. Refunds are limited to one (1) per account, owner or property manager. If you are eligible for a refund, please allow 5 business days to process that refund. Additionally, after your ad fee has been refunded your credit card company may take up to 30 days to post it to your account.
